As a former labor lawyer and ACLU legal director, I have wide experience in labor, employment, and civil rights/civil liberties litigation.  I am now a full-time arbitrator and mediator.  I have mediated the following types of disputes:  ERISA collection actions, FLSA overtime cases, employment discrimination claims, and a wide array of civil rights and liberties cases brought pursuant to Federal Section 1983.  I also provide pro bono mediation services in family law cases as part of my commitment to the Volunteer Attorney Project.  You can get more detailed information on my website.
