I am also a collaborative law practitioner handling divorces. Family law is difficult, filled with the emotions of what is happening now and in the past. While I believe I have helped my clients come to a resolution that they can live with, my hope in transitioning to mediation is that I can help people reach a fair agreement before they pay the high costs of preparing for and going to trial.
