Find a Mediator Near You in Missouri
Shelley Bishop
Location: Kearney, MO (will trave 50 miles) and mediation online
Email: [email protected]
Phone: (816) 903-3333
Website: www.sbishoplaw.com
Practice Focus Area: Business, Community, Elder, and Family Mediation
I have practiced family law exclusively since 2001 in Clay, Platte, Clinton, and Ray counties, representing both men and women in litigation in a wide variety of cases. I am also a collaborative law practitioner handling divorces. Family law is difficult, filled with the emotions of what is happening now and in the past. While I believe I have helped my clients come to a resolution that they can live with, my hope in transitioning to mediation is that I can help people reach a fair agreement before they pay the high costs of preparing for and going to trial. Mediation is a good forum for working through those issues and reaching an outcome that both parties can be happy with even though their agendas may be very different. Let me help you find the peace that comes from an agreement that you can both agree is best given the circumstances.
