Rocco Erker has also completed over 170 hours of training in Conflict Resolution, including International Arbitration and Mediation Training in Milan, Italy, Mediation Training with the National Association of Realtors in Chicago, Illinois, Civil Mediation at the University of Missouri-Columbia and Family Law in St. Louis, Missouri. Mr. Erker has been dealing with civil transactional disputes for over 30 years, with an emphasis on real estate conflicts within residential, multi-family, and commercial real estate transactions; property management, real estate development, new home construction, and rehab projects. Mr. Erker has extensive experience resolving real estate conflict between the following types of parties: buyer-seller, buyer-agent, seller-agent, broker-broker, agent-agent, landlord-tenant, developer-customer, builder-customer, builder-contractor, contractor-customer, contractor-subcontractor, neighborhood association-member, condominium association-member, and franchisee-franchisor.
