I am an experienced civil trial lawyer, arbitrator, mediator and former president of
USA&M, which was acquired by Miles ADR in November 2023. I have been mediating
and arbitrating full-time since 2011, working in the areas of breach of contract, construction, employment, and professional negligence law. I also handle computer contract matters, environmental finance, partnership dissolution, products liability and
real estate cases.
Before I began my full-time ADR career, most of my practice was concentrated in commercial finance, bankruptcy litigation, and business disputes. I served as an adjunct professor of law at Washington University between 2005-2017, teaching arbitration and mediation courses.
