My background is in agriculture. I have a BS Ag Economics in 1980 and a Juris Doctorate in 1983, both from the University of Missouri-Columbia. I was in private practice in Kennett, Missouri 1983 through 2010, with litigation,  Appellate Court and U.S. District Court experience. I was elected Associate Circuit Judge, serving 2011 through 2022, presiding over jury and bench trials, and also presiding over Probate, Juvenile and Family Relations dockets. After retiring on December 21, 2022, I serve as a Senior Judge presiding over a variety of ligation. I am a Rule 17 and Rule 88 qualified mediator.
