Conflicts and miscommunications happen in our everyday lives. As a married retired U.S. Army Veteran with seven children I can attest to this. It is extremely important to maintain a sense of civility when dealing with these challenging issues. My goal is to help clients successfully navigate these challenges by using the mediation process. My areas of expertise are business, community, family, and workplace mediation. My goal at the end of the mediation process is to have both parties agree to an amicable resolution to their situations or problems.
