I am a retired Missouri circuit judge with 16 plus years experience on the bench.  My "of counsel" practice with Swall, Hutchings & Associates in Liberty is focused on mediation and other types of dispute resolution, estate planning, probate, and real estate.  My mediation experience includes high-asset/high-conflict divorces, parenting plan mediations in divorce and paternity cases, adoptions, probate matters, and personal injury cases, among other types of disputes.  I am willing to travel to help resolve disputes.
