About the Conference

Michael Rust, JD - Presenter
Michael Rust is president of the Association for Conflict Resolution and Chief Executive Officer of the Winnebago Conflict Resolution Center in Wisconsin. He has degrees in Neuroscience and Psychology and is a graduate of Marquette University Law School. Michael is the 2016 recipient of the Wisconsin Association of Mediators President’s Award and has been recognized for his work in mediation by the American Bar Association and the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris, France. Mr. Rust is currently working on two books: Stop Conflict C.O.L.D. and Seven Common Communication Mistakes.
